G.I.A.-Mind?
What I am about to share with you may be controversial.
I only ask that you suspend your disbelief
and keep an open mind.
If what I write here does not seem
that it could be an actuality,
then please at least entertain it as
a possibility.
G I A
As a Meme it may trigger a shift
in perception or consciousness,
at times inducing cognitive dissonance.
As an acronym
it is used to describe various activities
that guide us along the path toward
global consciousness.
Our current projects are reflected in the phrases:
Giving Is Action
and
Gratitude In Abundance
These will be our current guides towards the:
Global Individually Aware
Mind-
The G.I.A.MIND:
The whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
GIAMIND
is our combined identity as a planetary Being.
She is made up of the Earth as our host
and each of us as the individual brain cells
in the planetary brain.
It is our future evolved state of consciousness
wherein we are all simultaneously aware
of the global mind that is greater than we are,
as well as our individual identity within it.
The child must know that he is a miracle,
that since the beginning of the world
there hasn't been, and until the end of the world
there will not be,
another child like him.

What does this have to do with anything?
It is my sincere belief that our
global brain
is awakening
and we can either choose to be a part of it
or attempt to destroy it,
in what can only be described as
planetary suicide.
Even if we were to succeed, we would be losing.
And I don't believe that we can, for it is our destiny
to awaken just as a rosebud will become a rose.
Evolution is calling.
It's time to wake up and grow up.
An invasion of armies can be resisted,
but not an idea whose time has come.

Some would say that the poisons and toxins
that we have unleashed into our environment are merely
being returned to us... and yes,
sometimes they are returning to us even more toxic!
This is something to be aware of.
You may call it
Karma,
or
What goes around, comes around,
or even,
You get back what you put into it.
What these simplistic rationales fail to consider,
however, is that environmentalists
who predicted Global Warming
have been vindicated.
As it was with Gallileo,
denial continues to run rampant
in the face of what is self-evident.
The earth is clearly heating up.
What is the use of a house if you don't have
a decent planet to put it on?

According to James Lovelock, who established the
Gaea Hypothesis through an analysis of systems theory
over 40 years ago, and Dr. Peter Russell,
who expanded on it some years later in his book
The Global Brain,
simplistic denial fails to even
acknowledge the possibility that the earth
is a self sustaining organism.
Meaning that She will do whatever is necessary
to maintain an equilibrium for Her survival.
Note that I said
Her
survival, not ours.
Remember, Her life span is measured in billions of years,
ours is measured in tens.
Does it not seem reasonable to imagine that now that we have upset
the balance and bio-diversity of the planet, which we are a part of,
that She may not be all that committed to keeping us around?
If we behave like a virus or a parasite, we will be treated like one.
Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees.
Revelation 7:3
Some would argue about the details and the levels of toxins we create.
I'm not interested in degrees of pollution, only in the fact that we
are polluting and upsetting the equilibrium. We have, without question,
poisoned the water, the air, the land, the sea, and opened
a hole in the sky bigger than the continent of Australia.
The Earth can be said to be attempting to compensate for this.
However, our combined actions are speeding up the melting of the polar
ice caps, raising the sea levels, creating miles of random
floating dead spots
in the oceans and finally,
after only 40 years of denial, we are without question, at
least according to the more informed beings,
beginning to realize and accept that we
are the ones inducing Global Warming.
We have for a long time been breaking little laws,
and the big laws are beginning to catch up with us.

The root of our problems in the world today is this:
The lack of understanding that our Earth even exists as a living organism,
let alone that She is able to maintain and adjust Her environment.
This belief has led us into power-over
relationships with Her
rather than developing power-with
relationships
that would have us living in harmony.
If you will think of ourselves as coming out of the earth,
rather than having been thrown in here from somewhere else,
you see that we are the earth,
we are the consciousness of the earth.
These are the eyes of the Earth.
And this is the voice of the earth.

I have no idea how many of you may agree with this or disagree.
For me, the evidence is obvious.
It is also obvious for the next generations of Indigo children, gifted ones,
and others, that humanity has a very personal relationship with the earth and
that She lives. Those who have not stifled or had constrained, damaged,
or drugged their sensitivities to the empathic vibrations all around us,
which are actively connected to the Global Brain,
know already that She is somehow connected to us in a special way.
It is said that the earth has music for those who listen.
Are you listening?
Some of us have no choice but to listen.
For some of us, the music has become like thunder.
There may be some of you in denial and others just confused.
That is normal. Cognitive dissonance is the beginning of realization.
It is part of the process of awakening. Just like waking up from a dream...
you may be a little groggy at first.
While no one can say for certain,
I think that the
shift
to awakening may be both gradual for some
and sudden for others. This means that there is always hope
for you. No one is hopeless. Many are lost. Everyone still
deserves our love, understanding and patience.
No one in mainstream culture is teaching that there is
a collective mind that we are all a part of, because
most of us have no reference point for what we are experiencing.
Mostly we are kept in a state of fear that there is some big bad
scary something out there, so run!
It is merely a fear of the unknown.
Synchronicity and the other signs and abilities described in the
Celestine Prophecy
and other books, are good indicators
of the natural patterns emerging. The Planet herself inspires
us to become more in harmony and at ease
with ourselves
and the earth, rather than to follow a pattern of disease.
A meditation to help with understanding:
Whatever you imagine the world to be,
you can be sure, that the whole of reality
will always be greater than your philosophy.
